My dealer is being less than helpful in tracking and I have a solid offer for my existing vehicle. I'd like to jump on it but I don't want to be a one car family for too long. Bronco shipped on the 11th. Anybody around KC who can tell me how long they waited after that?

My excitement level has dimensioned to the point that it took me being awake for almost 4 hours before I even thought about checking the tracker. Can't stand the daily disappointment with my morning routine anymore. I just don't get it. Come on @Ford Motor Company you should have the capacity to email your customers and let them know the hold up. You want to have a hybrid customer ordering system then do what other companies do for their customers. Man up and start using that fat staffed marketing company/budget to fix your brand. Let people know why their Bronco just sits in the corner. Or novel idea... When the customer cares enough to call you... have an intelligent answer on your end. I cannot believe I signed up to spend money on this experience!!!

what's more comical about this is that every major auto company is going to have to integrate self-driving and network capability to their vehicles in short time. The next revolution in the auto industry. Tesla is a tech company that makes cars, Ford is clearly dismal at tech, I hope they will be buying the self-drive systems from Google.

Still awaiting shipment at MAP with zero updates since 11/1. WTF?

@jganna_USMC or anyone else - once “built email” received does that mean it is through QC? Went back and reviewed closely the built email and it alluded to potential more testing to be done, but I don’t see anywhere to confirm if I’m missing a part or 3. My Dearborn connection suggests it is just awaiting shipment as it says. Damned near inexcusable if that’s the case at this juncture, but I’m powerless to change anything.
