My Bronco has been sitting at the rail station in Denver (35 min drive from me) since Sunday night. I am dying. It is so close, but might as well be back in Detroit. The frustration is real. My sales rep is super cool and helpful, but he cant make a truck go grab it. ugh.

That asset missing is part is for the web page and not the vehicle itself. Not much to really look into for that specifically.

Didn't think so. Linting that JSON payload makes it pretty clear that that's just a placeholder element with that bogus missing part image and the nameplateDigImageToken may be used to assemble the correct Bronco render image?

Interesting. I just called and mine still said Portsmouth, with the same timestamp as yesterday. But maybe my car just hasn't been scanned in Haverhill yet. Haverhill makes sense. That's about 20 miles SE of Portsmouth.

Mine still says Portsmouth OH as of 9pm last night. So no update today.

Edit: I keep wanting to type Portsmouth VA, one because it’s near where I live and two who has ever heard of Portsmouth Ohio

My excitement level has dimensioned to the point that it took me being awake for almost 4 hours before I even thought about checking the tracker. Can't stand the daily disappointment with my morning routine anymore. I just don't get it. Come on @Ford Motor Company you should have the capacity to email your customers and let them know the hold up. You want to have a hybrid customer ordering system then do what other companies do for their customers. Man up and start using that fat staffed marketing company/budget to fix your brand. Let people know why their Bronco just sits in the corner. Or novel idea... When the customer cares enough to call you... have an intelligent answer on your end. I cannot believe I signed up to spend money on this experience!!!

AMEN!!!! @Ford Motor Company solid advise. Let's see if you can remove your head long enough to consider.
