This from my dealer: I have never been subjected to this lack of communication regarding my client's ordered vehicle.
I know your frustration. I had almost this same exact conversation via Twitter as well. I was actually surprised that while @mrlevine insists on ignoring us all, at least Ford replied and it gave me some hope, but alas it was all for not. They gave me the same BS run around, ultimately telling me to contact the dealer despite me saying over and over I have and that how are they supposed to tell me anything when Ford isn’t communicating to them? They were clearly reading from a script and refusing to provide any info of substance, which I don’t understand. How can they be unable to say when an airbag will be shipped out for a repair? It’s not that complicated. This whole process is just sick and twisted.

I know this has probably been discussed, but what's the average days of when you get a built email to actually shipped (Convoy)?
I received by built and shipped emails on consecutive days. Mine is via rail however.

As previously mentioned there is a DM 2.0 starting to form. Myself and about 10 others (that I know of) have been stuck in-production for the past two months and that number seems to be rising as more October builds realize they’re stuck. Ford and Mike Levine are completely ignoring what the issue is so I’m assuming it’s something bigger than just the hardtops. Ford continues to dig their own grave as they build more Broncos with whatever parts all the sitting ones need

Why is my vehicle still not delivered? I am seeing First Editions with every date after mine getting delivered. Order Date, Blend Date, Build Date all LATER than me yet they have their truck?

Hi. And as I mentioned earlier, my dealership said it was ridiculous that you are sending me to them because they are getting nothing from Ford. Here is a quote from their message to me: "I am sorry I cannot answer that for you. We do not have any control of the vehicle until it gets dropped off to us sir. Ford Motor Company handles the order processing and building of the vehicles along with the shipping and delivery to dealerships. For them to direct you to us for info on why there is delays is down right wrong for them to do as we do not get info from them."
