The wait has ended. I took receipt of this beauty on October 28th. Honestly been so busy smiling and driving it I have not yet had time to post here. Dealer attempted to play dumb on the deal they signed promising invoice back in January, so after an hour of “negotiating” they honored what they were bound to and I was able to drive off with her.
Best positive surprise is the stock Badlands rims. I was not sure how they would look - but of all things the pictures don’t do those wheels or the vehicle in general any justice. I just started chuckling with joy when I saw her in the parking lot. Manual transmission is so fun to drive and very smooth.
hardtop is a lot harder to get off than I hoped but it seems well built androad noise is not nearly as bad as I feared.

My first song. Picked up my Black Diamond an hour ago !
I picked out a song because of this website .I sat in the driver's seat with the salesman on the drinkers side explaining the controls. I asked where do I put the new CD I purchased a couple weeks back just for this memorable occasion. He looked at me strangely and replied , cars don't come with CD players anymore. That was disappointing. When did that happen ? So thinking quick, the salesman programmed 1 local classic rock radio station for me. As I pulled out of the dealer lot, I listened to Boston's Let Me Take You Home Tonight followed by Foreigners Feels Like The First Time ! I feel this new relationship is off to a good start.

No. When I talked to him this morning, he said it was still physically on a rail car. He is trying to arrange for it to prioritized to be put on a transport truck.

I sure hope so. I'm an 8/11. Was really hoping to have the Bronco before Thanksgiving for a road trip.

I am an 8/12 blend, was thinking the same thing and looking forward to showing it to family on Thanksgiving. I am starting to lose hope though as there so many early blend dates still out there.
