The first time I said anything on Twitter was day before yesterday. I figured that nearly 90 days was enough time to feel just as offended as anyone else. We're talking nearly on fourth of a year...Same thing with me. When I contact Ford I am told to talk to my dealer and Customer Experience Manager. I'm not calling my dealer for things that I know they have no additional information on. I have been debating on contacting Mike Levine through Twitter, but I haven't pulled that trigger yet. I really feel bad for the folks with build/blend dates in May and June that haven't gotten their ride yet.
In which time production (even assuming ~25% full capacity for 12 weeks, worst case) was likely around ~15,000 Broncos. @Ford Motor Company could find some time to at the very least communicate something to me regarding the situation.
They need to do better.
