My rotation number is 5708, blend date 10/29 and date at bottom of window stick just changed back from 10/21 to 10/28 again. Something's moving. 🤞
Made me check after my day of yo yo sticker dates. And BOOM.

I’m a 5011 rotation and mine still says 10/21 on my WS. There was a brief period the other day it went to 10/25 but returned to 10/21. I don’t anticipate getting to the 5000s until Monday Tuesday of next week with the numbers we’re seeing populate so far. Hopefully I’m wrong and ours blend tomorrow as the stickers say but not getting my hopes up.
I’m 4923; very close to you.

Ahh, those bastards could of dropped mine off in Ft Wayne on the way to you.
I mean that's a little off track but same truck coulda carried @Motor City Lifer also since we were only 25 away on assembly line. Dealership is literally on I-75 so I'm sure it didn't detour much

Update on my 10/27 blend #2693 rotation. Mods are finally showing up. Pizza tracker still not working. No email yet. Hopefully the End date of 11/11/21 is still good on the bronco6g tracking!

In this image we see the "blending" of the painted body( with soft top already installed), to the rolling chassis.
This is the point on the time line that your "blend date" speaks of.

Chassis is built during the week before your "blend date".
Once your window sticker is assigned this process has begun.

during the week before your "blend date" the body of your vehicle is produced(built) and sent to the paint department.

You 100% sure it’s a whole week before? Seems like an awfully long time for the chassis to be sitting idle.

assembled "during" the week before your blend date I suppose.

Long time for chassis to be sitting idle ??? Why do you believe that?

chassis doesn't have fuel or fluids in it until the very end of the build process.

Frame, engine ,trans, suspension, wheels & tires are bolted together and literally riding down a conveyer.

these processes all take time.

I think you guys are all awesome, but I believe the date on the bottom of the WS aid just for version control. There is a blend date to the right, but the date on the left changes day-to-day.

Space really, they won’t have hundreds of built chassis sitting waiting for a week. It’s inefficient and negates the whole point of an assembly line.

well I am not sure how it is done at at other manufacturing plants.
In our facility the "chassis department " is full of units in different stages of production.
riding down a conveyor headed to the zone, where they meet up with the body in the final assembly department.
Perhaps it's a difference in production process.
