Can you tell me what a CSX tracking # looks like?
My dealer is clueless so going to have to tell him what to look for on the computer.

Where can the dealer find the number? He doesn't know where to look.

I think it's on their Vehicle Visibility page, but I am not 100% confident. I was on the phone with my dealer and it seemed to take him a minute to find the info for me. I asked for the rail car number.

It's just the railcar number and like mentioned they can find it in Vehicle Visibility. Not all sales folks are given access to that at every dealer so I would ask the sales / fleet manager to get it for you.

CSX will provide tracking info for that railcar all the way to the destination, but if it switches like mine did (to union pacific), the new system seems to update quicker.

So I just looked at the tracker and I didn't realize how cleaned out it was. It was quite depressing seeing how a few of us have been lost in the shuffle. There is literally nothing to do. I've explored everyone line of support. Other than just flat out giving Levine my VIN and pleading for some sort of information, I'm not sure what else to do.

I think a tweet at Levine asking for information is probably your best resort at this point. Let him know you're build date and ask for an update - give the long time it's been out there I got to imagine he'll respond.

BTW, my Bronco appears to be back "in production" instead of produced for the tracker.

Soft tops are definitely lagging, with less than 20% of the ones we are tracking released. Compared to almost 65% of the MICs having been released. No one has heard why soft tops were taken to DM with the MIC1.0's?

We need to do a corollary against soft top and 2.7 l motor.
