Yes, go with the CSX tracking info. My dealer is still showing my railcar in Illinois for the last week and it's actually here in California nearing the end of its journey.
Can you tell me what a CSX tracking # looks like?
Mine is TTGX992945. I have spoke those characters way too many times than I care to admit.
Where can the dealer find the number? He doesn't know where to look.
I think it's on their Vehicle Visibility page, but I am not 100% confident. I was on the phone with my dealer and it seemed to take him a minute to find the info for me. I asked for the rail car number.
He looked in there but couldn't seem to find it. He was reading me all the numbers he saw but none were like the one you showed me. If you talk to your dealer again, please ask him for a screenshot and maybe I can show my guy. Dying to track mine but I'm trying not to be a pain in the ass. Thank you for your help!
2 days after I got the shipped notice, mine was in Wallbridge, OH. But then it took a weird route to get to Pottersburg, OH, which I have read is a hub where CSX picks up rail cars from several other automotive manufacturers. Some of these are my best guess at interpreting what the automated system is telling me.
