Looking at his signature, looks like his blend date was originally 7/22 and he received the updated built email on 10/15. He seems to be letting OP know that he has now received his shipped email so they can update his records on the tracker.

Looks like he was sent to DM July 22. Original Blend must be earlier.

Anyone know of a way to track my dirt mountain Bronco after it's shipped? Tracker says it was shipped on 10/14 but I (and my dealer) have lost all visibility to where it currently is. Window sticker says CONVOY but the Palsapp still only shows pending with no movement when I enter my VIN.

Where about in Canada? If Ontario, chances are you are being shipped with Cassens:

@CO-Bronco just realized mine must have been victim to the error and isn't on tracker. Some of the data on the dirt metrics pages seemed off so went and checked tracker.

7/13 blend, 4348 rotation, 2dr MIC, Oct replacement date, Tx....crickets and side of silence.

You must have been one of the ones deleted during the bug!
