Be better than Ford…. Talk to us!yes, but I have a disappointing story I’m afraid.
Well, your post inspired me to call in to Ford in between shopping Defenders and 4xe's. Annndd.... "Produced" status, with no specific date listed for delivery as yet. So, certainly positive news. I do not benefit from the online tracker, so I am guessing this is the equivalent of Built in there.Alright, if ... @treadlightly still do not have their "Built" emails we riot!
Not quite unfortunately, theoretically all of our have had a "Produced" status, even while on Dirt MountainWell, your post inspired me to call in to Ford in between shopping Defenders and 4xe's. My order was not placed through the reservation system, but rather by fortuitously coming across a dealer with an allocation on the way (plus another order waiting for an unbuilt 'runaround gang'). While I have a VIN I have never been able to get an order# to use in the trackers and have always had to call in to get the most up to date information. Not quite unfortunately, theoretically all of our have had a "Produced" status, even while on Dirt Mountain
As a fellowhere I can vouch that the B6G Tracker indeed works for us and can tell us the important "In-Production/Built/Shipping/Delivered" status!

All you need is the VIN and Order # (which is found in the top right side of the DORA paperwork that your dealer should have printed out for you when you submitted your Bronco order.
Not sure on all window stickers and orders but if you have a VIN you should be able to pull the window sticker, and the order number might be in the "Item#" box towards the bottom-center. For example, the entry in mine is "NN-XXXX O/T 1" where XXXX is the Order Number. My order was not placed through the reservation system, but rather by fortuitously coming across a dealer with an allocation on the way (plus another order waiting for an unbuilt 'runaround gang'). This would have been great. My item# is B1-L512 O/T 2. I tried 1512 and 5122 in the tracker without luck regrettably. Not sure on all window stickers and orders but if you have a VIN you should be able to pull the window sticker, and the order number might be in the "Item#" box towards the bottom-center. I saw some previous replies that the letter has to be capitalized - did you try L512 as the order number?I would have left the deposit in place and

My only thought would be to leave the deposit in place and try to negotiate something with the dealership. If the fault is with Ford, maybe they can be allowed to release the vehicle. Otherwise, at least you have that on hold, allowing you to search for something else while the clock ticks.Thoughts?
So, that worked!I saw some previous replies that the letter has to be capitalized - did you try L512 as the order number?
If you don't have the Order number, you can get it off your sticker here:Not quite unfortunately, theoretically all of our have had a "Produced" status, even while on Dirt Mountain

I texted the SA earlier today to see if there was anything that could be done …I’m not optimistic but who knows? My only thought would be to leave the deposit in place and try to negotiate something with the dealership.
