I would have literally drove to the assembly plant and picked it up...
Well, I would do the same if they would let me. I am frustrated by this whole thing and waiting on Ford to call me back.
Finally, yesterday, I actually talked to a person who didn't tell me that it was "not built yet", "missing chips", "not shipped because of COVID"; they actually admitted it was not shipped because of the hardtop issue.
Unfortunately, no one in the New Vehicle Support Department is authorized to release DMSC Broncos. So why am I even being referred to them... It's a telephone circle-jerk.
I want to talk to a responsible adult who is actually allowed to make decisions!!!

My Dealer states its showing mid September delivery, but they don't know anything else. Tried contacting Ford Customer Support and was hold for 30 minutes then left a voicemail...I'm pretty sure I will not get a call back.

Im still on track to be delivered next Tuesday, For those who have their bronco did the pals app ever update to its destination during shipment or did it just say Wayne - null, freight number etc?

I had rail and the pals app doesn’t work for rail but there was someone that shipped the same time as mine with convoy. I don’t believe it updated for him enrout. He was in Michigan and only thee day for delivery tho.

Yeah it's all odd. Ford says shipped 6 days out and the email says arrival of Sept 7- 13
My build date was 8/5. It said shipping 13 days. My shipped email said shipped on the 9th. I got it on the 18th which was 14 days from my built day. And I was given a time frame for delivery between the 17th and 23rd. It ended up being pretty accurate so I’d say you’ll see it next week!
