I mean, we've had delay after delay after delay for more scheduling, and this week it looks like we're only getting one week of scheduling, with existing VINs getting pushed to Oct.

This really doesn't seem like a huge leap, or a surprise. Not sure why you guys are attacking this guy. I mean, empirically, it's basically already confirmed.

I think Ford needs to make a soft top (or contract with Bestop) for the 2 door version let us have our Broncos now with free soft tops and then provide us a hard top in 2 years when they sort out all of the issues. Right now it's hard top only on the 2 doors so they are basically barely being delivered.

I highly doubt that company (Haartz?) that supplies soft tops can go from producing enough for ~10% of Broncos to 100% of Broncos. It would be sweet if they could though.

Webasto, Webasto supplies the soft tops.

A *full halt*of Bronco production is NOT among the options I've heard of.

Shut it all down to finish the ones they built already, then finished the ones scheduled, then just rangers come out till can build more broncos for 22

That video circulating with all the Broncos in the empty lots probably have hard top quality control issues. Just a thought, speculation.

I am an FE holder and wish Ford would give me the option for the Bestop twill...it seems they could mitigate more delays offering MIC holders softop options and spread the demand across Bestop and Webasto (current soft top maker). They could offer MIC or whatever hardtop at cost or something in the future to res holders...just seems there are several alternatives available but I imagine the coordination across all the res holders and good / bad dealer interactions would lead to additional customer confusion and disappointment.
