Hopefully it's just a stupid sensor acting up and not serious
1. There seems to be a LOT of "bad sensors" in Ford's supply bin.

2. Anything that turns your engine off while you are driving should probably be considered "serious".

OP, can you ask to see the undercarraige of the vehicle? Take pictures, look for physical damage. If there's no physical damage, its all warranty. Tell them to shove it!

Whats more scary is there is actually a track record for this stuff.

I find it hard to believe all those ass hats ripping through the sand, shooting up rooster tails, and doing trail turn assist demos didn’t encounter that specific fault.

Perhaps those scenes ended up on the YouTube cutting room floor.

A lot of sand underneath. So when something like this happens to mine in the winter it’ll be ‘there’s a lot of snow underneath, you should probably file an insurance claim.’ WTF!

Reminds me of one of the off rodeo videos where the driver (Ford rep) says “Ah looks like GOAT modes aren’t working right now. Let’s do something else.” HELLO. YOUR SHIT HAS PROBLEMS.

Indeed……and yet another opportunity for an 8th G.O.A.T mode for the MY22. ………Coast Mode, Pucker Mode, Oh F*ck Mode, Tom Petty (Free Fallin’) Mode…..take your pick.

Lol. Yeah right. Like they are going to tackle this one. The poor sap they have monitoring forums is probably hiding under his desk right.
they did pop-in on the soft-top rubbing thread and asked the OP to send them some info through PM. It does seem like they are trying to do something about some of these issues.
