I have an order in with my small-town dealership and have a printed-out "Preview Order" sheet from them that has my name, their name, and line-item MSRP pricing. But it's not signed, and now that has me worried. Also, would 'Destination and Delivery' of $1495 be the same as what I heard folks in this thread call ADM? If not, what's an acceptable ADM fee? I certainly wouldn't want an extra surprise there. Thanks

That's the standard Destination and Delivery fee for most. Different than ADM

Just left negative review for this dealership. Saw many others about same topic. Way to band together everyone. Absolutely horrible business practices.

That’s for MSRP “sticker prices”. Unless you have in writing what you’ll pay at delivery prepare to be fucked.

Hell she has a window sticker..and VIN. I think that be enough. I would of asked for both sets of keys at the dealership when I test drove!! So if some jerkinoffski’ salesman said my price was higher than it should be. I would of been like…bye Felicia. My lawyer be in contact and I’m taking this baby home because I got the paperwork where I ordered it. I’m sure I’d been in jail after. Worth it though.

Problem is some (many?) people are woefully inept when it comes to buying a car. And the reservation thing probably made the situation worse for those folks, thinking a price was agreed by both parties when it might not have been.

I don't know how you walk away having ordered a vehicle, and especially in some cases having put money down, without having a solid written agreement of the final price.

You know we had a big list in the beginning showed dealers who were not doing ADMs and still honoring Xplan. Interested to see if this dealer was on the list!
