It’s not broken per se (assuming you’re referring to the email). Just because it’s built doesn’t mean you’re getting the email. The email comes when it’s built AND you have a shipment window. Thats when the email comes.

Doubtful. It just means they haven’t built yours yet. We found out the plant was behind. They have the parts for yours. Just hasn’t been put together yet, or they haven’t reported that it’s built yet. Try again next week

I played around a bit and I can still get my order data by modifying the query string that Ford endpoint uses. This returns raw JSON, so it's not as easy to read and may be overwhelming. All the relevant goodies regarding order state are right towards the beginning though. In particular, look for these:
