This is normal and we've been getting pictures of it since the dealer roadshow days. It doesn't really bother me, but if it starts to I'll tape it off and spray with some matching touchup paint. Obviously removing the hinges would be better but I don't want to deal with the alignment on reinstall.

Lol with reds and yellows, not likely. They are a beast to get matched.
My wife hit a deer with our Yellow Cobalt SS, so insurance paid for the repair.
I rejected it 4 times because the bumper, fender, and hood were all a different shade and saturation of yellow.
The Chevy Dealer B/S manager came out that 4th time, literally almost in tears, telling me he worked on it himself all weekend, mixed up no less than 15 samples, trying to get the hue close enough.

I took it home, sanded it, and painted it myself.

Not perfect (it never will be unless you either get lucky or respray the whole car), but I blended the new base onto adjacent areas and cleared all, so it isn't "panel painted".

A waitress at the restaurant near work has a 2014 Race Red Stang. The car is literally 4 different Reds, similar situation with her.

Followed by silvers and greys.
White and black are fairly safe.
Now Im happy I went Oxford White

Can't tell you how many spray outs my guys do, especially tri-coats. People don't realize how complicated paint is now, worse if you're using a lesser brand of tints.

Trick/hint for anyone doing this:
IF you don't suffer an anxiety attack doing so, you can take a small (like really small, not a 1/4" one) drill bit and pop a hole between those 2 bolts, through both the hinge/bracket and the body (but do NOT bury the bit and hit wiring, all ya need to do is penetrate the metal behind the hinge).
Use that hole and that bit as a line-up pin when reinstalling.
For something where you aren't painting the body behind it, you can also take a grease pencil and trace the outline of the bracket, wipe off afterwards. Sharpie does not wipe off, FYI.

Tri-coats are drastically more susceptible to there being paint variations in areas of the car that aren't exterior and receive direct attention from the robot painters which have assumed the souls of mortals, so any of the Rapid Red or Cyber Orange Broncos will have more of this than the other colors.

Also: this is the standard reality of mass-manufactured cars (did you think your Bronco was going to be custom coachwork?) which go through painting booths. None of this is a concern. The metal underneath has been treated before fully primed.

This is as much of an "issue" as rust on brake rotors after just a few miles of use. Complete non-issue.

I don't want to sound like the d-bag here but chances of getting Ford to pay for this is miniscule. Most dealer are on a "digital imaging" program and have to take pics. and send to Ford for approval. Just spoke with my b/s mgr. and am 50/50 on Ford covering it. Next concern is do you want your new vehicle painted on and how close with they get the color match.
Catch it during PDI and bitch after that your sol. It doesn’t even have to be the best to paint jobs just make sure it’s the right color and it’ll look fine.

Sharpie wipes right off if you use a cubitron. :)

Buuuuuuuut, that most likely will not leave you with the surface you want to paint.

Not going to go into that but we are fighting with factory damage they want us to claim as transport. Was not noticed until vehicle washed 2 hours after it was dropped off. Unless customer complains, we really aren't supposed to make a claim prior to it being sold.

Boy, the excuse makers for Ford to those that just expect a quality product amaze me....
Curious when your skunk-works Rolls Royce is being delivered? I'm sure you'll be going through their executive delivery program after the personal walk-through of every aspect with your custom build.

Post pics once you have the vehicle, we all want to see!
