With all the whining on this forum about dealers, I'm surprised that the results are so positive. Then again, there are a lot of Granger customers like myself here that couldn't be happier with their dealer experience

Probably below the satisfaction mark. I have z-plan so there was no effort involved in the financial process. They just don't reach out at all and are absolutely tight-lipped on everything. I'd appreciate if they were even slightly upfront/honest buuuuuuttt what can you do.

I couldn’t agree more...that was my general impression as well, hence the poll. I’m happy with mine as well. With what I’ve read up to this point Inwas thinking that “yes” would hover around the 50-55% area. Good to know that the majority are happy. Sorry to those that aren’t...it’s unfortunate.

This is my first new purchase, and only 2nd purchase that isn't private party, so I have little to go off. They haven't been incompetent or screwed me like some horror stories I see here, but haven't really gone above and beyond like Granger either.
