2nd...telling someone they will be a late delivery or a my22 on a 1st day reservation is ludicrous...I assume u probably already know that...

3rd...be sad you didn’t transfer to me b4 3/19 & saved 3% under invoice...I assume u think you were too far away, but we offered free delivery @ invoice

Tom: Just wanted to let you know that not everyone on the forum thinks of you guys as "Stealerships", (unless maybe you're in Pittsburg, but then I guess it would be "Steelership".)
Maybe I am just fortunate but I worked with two different Ford Dealers and ultimately chose one because of proximity. Both were very straight-forward, low key, and easy to work with.
I am originally from the Horsham area, (actually Newtown) and considered contacting you folks but had already built a relationship with the local dealers who offered a reasonable deal.
