It is very curious that they have been promoting Sasquatch from the beginning, yet if you order it, it's a delayed build. Doesn't make much sense.
Dave, I think Ford has used all the Squatch packages they had on the pre-production models. No "Squatch" for you......:)

Also, because in pictures the 4d bronco on anything less than 33’s pretty much looks like a disproportionate land barge.

That’s not to put down anyone who’s ordering that or likes the spec, my opinion only but with how big the wheel wells are and seeing the SQ Broncos it really feels like the vehicle was designed around 35’s.
I even find the actual Sasquatch equipped vehicles look a bit underwhelming compared to the B&P renderings. The tires in the rendering look disproportionately fat compared to the real world.

This is specific to Badlands and I may be in the minority but I think the 33" BFG K02s on the upgraded BL wheels look better than then the sasquatch setup.
Its been discussed and discussed and discussed... I agree with you, but thats probably because I like a more classic look. I prefer less bulge out the sides and SQUATCH comes with those huge flares that change the look considerably. If they were smart they would include a model (next year) that has taller profile tires yet remains close to the body.

Not the same thing. This isn't a Ford GT. This is a wheel package that wil be available to anyone who wants it (eventually).

I totally understand the halo cars and the one-off things to promote a brand.
It's the same concept, Jeep doesn't trot out its Sport in it lifestyle adds, marketing events or TV placements, even though it is by far the best seller. It's the lifestyle and image that sells, so they play it to the max in the settings where it makes sense.

When Jeep advertises the max stuff, do they tell people it's available on every one of their trim levels, and then say if you want it, you can't have your rig until much later?

AGREED.. the renderings do look awesome. The reveal 2 door in that first commercial had 37" tires too. A bit misleading thats made worse by not having eyes on the actual vehicles to make a good decision, but here we are :)

No, they just only let you have good stuff on the top model. You can't even get a locker unless you go Rubicon. I am saying every company often leverages their top models in marketing and advertising.

I am not a Jeep hater either, I had an LJ, but once we moved back to MI and the third world roads, it drove and rode like a Jeep, so I finally sold it.

This thread is hilarious. Everyone all upset because of an anticipated shortage of parts. We don't know for sure that the sasquatch will actually delay any orders. The deadly items list is what Ford thinks may be short in supply. THings could change greatly with supply before anyone has a build date.

Sasquatch is not late availability just supply chain issues are possible. Looking at the thread you would think the black top will be available same date as Sas.

When you’re promoting something, you promote the best of it.

No one wants to see a base 3 Series...we want to see a fully optioned M3.

It’s not that complex of a concept 🤷‍♂️
