Where are you guys finding the option for the power driver seat? I've got a wildtrak 4-door, lux package and leather upgrade and I don't see any mention of having power seats? I'm hoping it has power seats but all I see is manual seats...
Leather comes with driver and passenger power seats, not sure if memory seats will be included

That's great news if it comes with power seats! I'm spoiled by my lariat f150 so hard to give them up! But if it's with the leather upgrade i'm happy with that!! :D

Yes, leather does come with power seats (but no memory seats).

I’m deciding between the BL and WT, BL has manual seats while the WT has automatic. Does anyone know if the only difference is just moving it manually (ie different range of how far the seat moves, settings, etc... my explorer has 3 different presets which is nice).
The bottom seat not tilting is usually the difference between the 6 way manual and 8 way power seat. If the power seats do not have presets it would shock the 'ell out of me.

If you go BL and power seats you loose the wash-out interior. Also, the WT does not have the disconnecting sway bar of the BL. The price increase for the WT is the standard 2.7 and auto trans. The BL is more for off-road rock crawling while the WT just seems to be a 'nicer' trim.

As I drive my vehicle 98% of the time, and my wife 2%, manual seat is not an issue for me. I actually miss manual seats at times, just for how quick you can move the seat out of the way when needed.
Do you have multiple drivers and need different presets? Do the power seats on the Bronco come with presets? If not, than is there a point to having power seats?
Great point. The whole reason for power seats is for the memory presets. I can't seem to find any info on that for the Bronco power seats.

With the manual seats in my Ranger it will adjust up, and down by use of a level on the side of the seat bottom trim. The seat backs move as expected. The travel up, and down is enough for my vertically challenged wife to get high enough to see out. The angle of the seat bottom does not move as the seats move, but are at a very comfortable angle for me and the wife. I would expect the Bronco manual seats would be the same, but of course I can't be sure of that. Hope this helps a bit.

For a 4 door. So we are thinking the manual will be the same as fords other current manual seats and powered will also be like the other existing powered seats?

also, does anyone know how the MGV compairs in feel and look to standard vinyl of other new Ford vehicles or is it the same minus Mold protecting agents?

That example, more than likely, will no longer meet safety requirements.
And what exactly is safety requirements if I may ask since rear seating these days in crossover, SUVs do this?

Yeah, but they are engineered completely different. @Jackattack was specifically referencing that example. However, I agree Ford should have done something similar to what you mentioned.

They can engineer them to flip up like that without safety issue. Its really simple. You bulletproof the locking mechanism. Fairly easy to do actually. Will they do it? Probably not. These days its basically slide forwards and fold seat forward which serves its purpose just as well

A forum member who sat in an actual Bronco this week commented about the manual seat here: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...trak-at-ricart-ford-impressions.13119/page-12

I'm pretty sure I recall seeing that there was vertical adjustment for the power seats, but it'd take me awhile to find that.

So, I believe there will be a fairly substantial difference in how you'll be able to position the manual seats vs the power seats.

That has me on the fence with my Badlands build. I've even begun thinking about the Wildrak or a Sasquatched OBX. At the end of the day, though, I think I'll end up sticking with the Badlands, but now I'm questioning the MGV and manual seats.
There is vertical adjustment on the manual seat. It's done with a lever on the side that ratchets the seat up or down. I believe there's no tilt function for the seat cushion. That's a big negative for me, since I like the cushion tilted back and the backrest rather upright.

Seeing as how I will be the only one driving it I don't need or want power seats, set once and forget.
I hope it's set once and forget. All of my vehicles for years have had memory seat, making it a breeze to get in and out. If I have to struggle and fuss with the seat and steering wheel every time, I'm likely going to pass.

while I like all kinds of other tech, I don't care for power seats. Compared to manual they take for ever to adjust while I'm done in a sec with manual. They are great if they have stored settings and you have several drivers though, especially if tied into each person's fob.

But if you want power seats, get the leather, don't like the carpet? Take it out. Underneath I'd think it's still the same rubber (?) and the plugs will be there as well. I think they are there on every Bronco, can't imagine them making two different floor pans or what ever the bottom is called. How I understand it you'll just get carpet cover, but what can get installed can be removed.

Would be nice to have some definite answers from Ford...

I'd love to sit in it to see if I found a comfortable sitting position.

I normally sit with the seat inclined a bit (legs a touch higher than my ass). I pray I don't miss it
