Yes I got the e-mail too, it's a bummer I was getting ready to fight the crowds at KP FordReceived this email from @EricAtKearnyMesaFord :
Bronco Event Further Postponed
Hi all,
I regret to inform you that Ford’s March 9th Bronco Event at our dealership has been further postponed. It does not appear this is related to any issues with the Broncos themselves but instead is just due to the logistics of the event.
This is what we received:
“I hate to tell you guys this, but it looks like the tour will be further delayed due to availability changes in the tour assets. We will be in touch soon when we have specifics on the revised timing. Thanks for your patience.“
I’m sure many of you are just as disappointed to read this as I was. All I can tell you for now is that I will definitely let you know when we receive another update.
Respectfully,
Eric Bunch

Helping with the tagHey @ericatkearneymesaford
Can you give us an update as to where you are in the conversion process?
Do you still have reservations to convert?
How many people have canceled their reservation or not gotten back to you that are within your 150 allocation?
How many orders out of the first 150 are waiting for MY22?
Do you think you’ll be converting 80% of your reservations?
Thanks

Thanks for the update. It is the no-contact reservations that will be a big factor for people on the 2021/2022 fence. I have reservations from even the first few minutes who haven't responded to me.
- I have about 200 orders completed. Maybe another 30 in processing right now.
- There are about 90 people opting for 2022s, maybe 20 were people in the top slots.
- In total I've seen about 40-50 cancellations from people all over the reservation spectrum.
- My next task is to call all the 200ish people who haven't responded to my emails. My guess is 50+% of those people will cancel their reservation.
- I will definitely have our group over 80% before the close!
Yesterday, another dealer mentioned that the March 19 date was more about Ford giving the final allocations out rather than the end of the first order banks. Is this true? Will you be able to continue converting orders for the first round of allocations after March 19 or will the first round of orders be set by that date? Did I explain that properly? It is the no-contact reservations that will be a big factor for people on the 2021/2022 fence. I haven't heard this, but that doesn't mean it isn't true. Regardless I plan to have the order bank 100% complete before March 19th. Personally I hope it is a hard cutoff because it will give the best advantage to us and other dealers that are organized.Yesterday, another dealer mentioned that the March 19 date was more about Ford giving the final allocations out rather than the end of the first order banks. There's been no official word of this, but I'll message the rep for good measure.
