Lithia Springs had a Facebook post stating $1000 UNDER invoice in the late summer, i screenshoted the pic, asked them yesterday if theyd honor it they said no, they werent honoring that price, hence my decision to switch.i spoke with Lithia Springs, im going to move mine to Stephens too!
I would highly recommend speaking with John at Stephens BEFORE you move your reservation. I had hoped to do the same thing.i spoke with Lithia Springs, im going to move mine to Stephens too!
Not sure who you are with locally but you may want to initiate a call to them. I have seen too many posts of people stating that their dealer is waiting to place the orders until later.I’m just amazed that for such a large metro area not one dealer stepped up and tried to gobble up all the reservations with a decent deal. We all are obviously in the minority of GA reservation holders who expect basic things like communication and reasonable pricing. There must be thousands of Georgians happily signing on to pay MSRP or more.
7/18 reservation, not a single communication from my dealer since I made the reservation. I know I’m getting a MY22 and will be moving my reservation, I’m just waiting for my current dealer to reach out so I can have entertaining conversation with them about pricing, options etc. I feel like I’m missing out seeing all these “dealer told me 5k adm and I have to make a blood oath by sundown” posts.
For sure. I’m with Krause. I really just want to see how they are going to try to play it. We all already know nobody in Atlanta is going to offer a good deal. Given they are my closest dealer I think it would be good to know the type of dealer I’m bringing my Bronco to for service after I eventually get it at a Granger/Stephens/Two Rivers. Basically, I want to see if they are going to try to lie like some of these other dealers, I’m just a rascal like that. Not sure who you are with locally but you may want to initiate a call to them. I was with Krause and I reached out a few times and never heard back from them. I understand wanting to buy locally but customers should be treated with at least a basic level of customer service. Many good options to switch to out there. Good luck on finding the right dealer.
Service and sales are like two separate businesses under one roof. One doesn't necessarily reflect onto the other. That comparison may be just wasted time really. For sure. I’m with Krause. I suppose I’d be wasting my time if I was calling them and emailing them trying to get a response. I’m just waiting until they call and see what if any bull they are going to pull. Obviously, I can’t wait forever and need to move the reservation so the new dealer can timely get my order in.Service and sales are like two separate businesses under one roof. @GiddyUp and I went over there on Monday to hunt colors and they were cordial. They came out to see if they could sell us a Sport and we let them know we had reservations. They didn’t press much more. I was not really wowed by the group.I suppose I’d be wasting my time if I was calling them and emailing them trying to get a response. I realize service/sales are basically two entities, but still I just want to know if the organization in general allows people to provide incorrect information be provided to their customers.
I’m in Towne Lake/Woodstock. I’ll definitely reach out next time my Ranger needs some service for a suggestion.@GiddyUp and I went over there on Monday to hunt colors and they were cordial. Like you need to assess where to have it serviced. I am in Milton and can go to a few different spots for service.
Since you are close to Krause where are you located? If we can help with anything let us know.
Where is your dealership located?Im reading this thread and seeing several are struggling with their dealer over pricing in the Atlanta area...
if you have any questions or need a DORA build with invoice/A/Z/D/X pricing, DM me the build and ill spec it out for you...we also are still honoring special pricing to transfers/new reservations (3% under invoice)...
