Just a wor

Just a word of warning, you probably won't be able to paint the MIC roof white. Raptorlining or line-x ultra are your options, and only if they can get it to coat properly with the texturing.

Many people could not find a single shop that will paint the roof due to the sanding and priming process being iffy. I was quoted $3K with no warranty or guarantee. Plus O know the guy and his shop, he warned it would most likely peel or be a 1-2 year job.....
you sure? My body shop guy says he can paint it white. Maybe he won’t know for sure until he sees in person.

Wrap maybe? How do they do this on Jeeps all the time? Is it a different material top?

If you are interested in the modular bumper, bash plates, switches, and tinted glass, see how a Black Diamond stacks up on price for you. I was surprised and switched to it.
"Same Build" (Bumper switches) in the Base vs BD is $35,625 vs $44,245. $8,600 is a fair amount of savings for tint. But I do like the look of the BD.

Yeah, doesn’t seem like the value is there for you. My Black Diamond is about $37k but for me I need the rear locker. I was going to pay for the steel bumpers, switches, buy aftermarket seat covers, and get the windows tinted on the base and look into getting a rear locker. It works out in my scenario but not yours.

You probably know this but the steel bumpers and switches are included in the base Black Diamond. Mine comes in about $37k. Did you add a bunch of other options? Did you build a Badlands by mistake? The $44k doesn’t seem right.

Only difference that was added was Hitch and Mid Package. So maybe a $2k swing. Otherwise the build is the same outcome.

That’s a far cry from “same build.”

Same.....Except for two options :) , Subtract $1495 & $595 for those items and the delta for the same build (Minus the GOAT Modes of course that I'll never utilize). Puts me at a $6,530 Delta. Still solid seed money for wheels, tint painted roof and some lights.

You can't add the High package to the Base. It only comes with the Standard package.I'm going 2dr Base with SAS in white.
Plasti-Dip it white baby.
You can do it yourself.
Rhino line the roof .there are two kinds the rough one with sand and a smooth one without sand in it .And its made in white .

I might... I've been waffling between a base base and a manbasesquatch. When the Sasquatch package was rumored to be $4,999, I was all in. But now that the price has gone up, I'm not too sure. The uncertainty surrounding the MY22 colors, options and pricing has me a bit nervous to order one during the Jan-Mar window. The only thing non-negotiable is the manual transmission.

I'm sure I would be happy with a base base... until I saw a Sasquatch.

The difference of $6,295 makes choosing the Base 2dr over the Base 4dr pretty attractive.

It’s weird how the difference between the Base 2 and 4 dr is so much more than the difference between other trim-line’s 2 and 4dr offerings.

The difference of only $1,085 between Base 4dr vs Big Bend 4dr makes the Big Bend pretty attractive.

If I get the base I’ll probably only choose the 2 door.
4 dr- I’d go Big Bend.

My concern is that I’d want bigger tires on the base and how that would affect performance regarding gearing and speedometer reading.

Getting aftermarket wheels and lift installed is a bit of a headache and can have some warrantee implications.
Keep in mind the Base 4dr comes with the automatic the BB 4 dr is a manual, partly explains the 'value' of a BB 4 dr. A BB auto will cost an additional $1595.

You are right about gearing if you are getting the auto, BB has 4.27's available and Base is 3.73. But if you want a manual both come with 4.46 and BB has a locker available for either, Base does not.

I'm in that camp. But with just roof rack, switches in roof console, V6/Auto.... But last week my work had a major contract get cancelled so we are all spinning in limbo --- may not even be able to afford the Base right now. May go through with the initial ordering in case we get some other luck before I hafta plunk the deposit down, but looks rather grim at the moment. Might have to just forget the Bronco dream until 22 or later or altogether !! Sucks.
