How washable is the 'washout' interior?

Would be nice if the whole dash is rainproof. How about the clock spring in the wheel? That's always been a common failure point after a good soaking in a Jeep.

I've seen the video clips of the hose rinsing out the washout floors, which makes me wonder... Can I "washout" the entire interior? Dash? Doors? Display? Glove Box? Can I drive through the carwash with the top off? I'm really curious.
