Got these this weekend. I'm partial to the F-22, worked the program from Prototype to last airplane delivered.

That's a Lockheed L-1011. Looks like it might have been a TWA bird.
Believe it's a PSA L-1011

My Dad worked on that one too.....He worked for Lockheed for 43 years, starting in late 40's or early 50's. Worked on everything and I mean everything ;), including the Cheyenne. Took early retirement when Lockheed was transferring F-22 program to GA.

Early F-104B development

Anybody else fascinated with planes in scrapyards?

This was probably at the Mojave Air and Space Port in Mojave, CA. USA. Real easy to drive by. Was pumping gas there one day and a restored F-86 Sabre was flying around the area. Bronco Trip!!

Back in a past life as CO of a Navy helo squadron. Putting in some work- ammo cross deck with USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Some great flying.

Hit up the flight line cafe while there, always something interesting out the window.

Awesome! Originally an H-3 HC guy (HC-16/HC-2) and then did the transition to the MH-60S on an XO/FRS instructor ride at HC-3 (became HSC-3) then CO/XO at HSC-21 (old HC-11). Best job I ever had! Had command of USS Denver (LPD 9) later on when she was out in Japan.

Yoko or Sasebo? I rode the Midway with VA-115/VAQ-136 for 7 years.
