Hi all. I bought some ford OE tube doors and didn’t realize that they lacked 7 or the 8 hinges. I was able to source hinges from eBay but am still in need of the bolts to attach them. It seems that they’re slightly longer than those used on the sheet metal doors. The attached pic shows a tube door hinge bolt with an unpainted head next to a standard door hinge bolt with a painted head. Any chance someone can supply the part number for the longer bolts?

If you go to the Ford site and search under accessories search for bronco "tube door bolts" you will see your bolts. Being bolts directly from Ford can be very expensive. Once you find your bolts, go to McMaster-Carr located at https://www.mcmaster.com/ to purchase your bolts.

nothing there unfortunately. Various other tube door bits, but no bolts.

i did find alternative bolts (without a captured washer) elsewhere, but wanted to see what OEM would cost before pulling the trigger there.

I have learned that you can still use original bolts, but put them in at the top of the hinge, else they fall out......they don't secure, but they're not going anywhere.

i should have been more clear… these bolts attach the door-side hinge to the door itself (as shown in the photo). Not for attaching the door-side hinge to the chassis side hinge.
