Next door to old, brash money, the number of race-rigged motorcycles, supercars, and exhaust popping performance cars became a bit much. While your blow off valve is very sane, you're getting caught up in the dragnet caused by bad actors.

I don’t know what your age range is. I have been running my shop and other drag racing shops specializing in customer engine work. Turbochargers and superchargers for the past 32 years ! Never heard of such nonsenses
I do agree with with a few things that young idiots do thee past 5 + years of retarted exhaust notes by removing baffles and cutting pipes and such and racing up n down residential streets and whatever clown work they do ! But a blow off valve ?? C’mon man !

Because to most, this sounds like crap. But I know sound can be subjective .

This sound is actually more preferable compared to the other BOVs on the market (talking about in general, not the Bronco market). I think Tial has a high pitched "poot poot poot poot". HKS and Greddy are high pitched "pew". At least the Turbosmart is more of the air sound. I believe GFB is more of an air sound as well.

Since I am out of my Fast and the Ferocious and/or Tokyo Drift days, I would prefer the plumb back.

My blow off valve sounds great! I mean, other people don't like it, and frankly they gotta complain about the stink, but I like it!! Especially in bed by myself. That's the best blow off time of all!! "MMM, sausages and onions!"

The situation: here at the beach, every Summer, we got *all* those young idiots, and a handful of arrogant pricks flexing their wallets. So this isn't the usual case here, it's focused, and was pretty bad weekends. I totally agree with you, a blow off sounds real nice, like proper engineering on the hoof I personally think that they should have simply stuck with a decibel meter instead of specifics, but politicians are kind of dumb sometimes.

I’ve always bought high end Nov valves for the past 28 + years and now I ordered one for the Raptor and they canceled and issued a refund. Non epa compliant . What a joke this state has become

I have one off my 2.7 that I never installed. I live about 50 miles from you. It seems if you’re ever in my area you can have this one for free. I don’t need it if it works for your 3 L I’m thinking it’s the same, but who knows
