My ‘25 also no longer shows a recall in the app or on Ford’s website. It won’t pull up on the NHSTA website, keeps giving me an error and points to Ford for information. It appears the recall OTA fix did come through to me, but I do not see any verification of that other then it no longer shows up.
The Ford website was under maintenance and still is. That is why it was showing cleared for mine, when in reality it wasn't cleared.

If it was done OTA, they can check the history. That's the only way to know.
I, probably like many others here, very much appreciate you sharing your knowledge and helping us out. It may seem like some of us are as excited as kids, and it's fun to think about getting a new car. However, FORD has us backed into a corner and I'm feeling like today is "make or break" as far as me ever having a brand-new vehicle. I just can't fathom giving a dealer $5000 extra when the day before it wasn't necessary

Anyway, when I called the salesman, I'm thinking he just typed the VIN into some database. He called me back and said the Stroppe on his lot hasn't been repaired.

Should they be checking the vehicle itself to see if the OTA update is complete? If so, how should that be done? I'm afraid we will have to walk them through this to verify since time is running so short.

Thanks again.

Keep in mind that the battery has to be at the proper voltage for an update to be applied (much like your phone). If the truck has been sitting for a week or more, the voltage may have dropped enough where it won't perform the update.

Apparently, true. Just fetched the truck and the onboard SW Updates in Settings are still only reflecting a different SW update from early December.

So true.. Found out that my '25 raptor that is being held with a deposit tried to do an update on 3/24/26 at 1:52 PM but errored out due to low voltage. Called the dealership to let them know this and now they are charging it as I type. hoping they can accept the update once properly charged.

No problem.
They just need to type the VIN into Oasis and look at the OTA history in there.

Either that or just send me the VIN and I’ll look.

I seriously would be in the complete dark without this Forum.. So appreciate all the help. Some really good people on here that I am deeply indebted to.
Same! My salesman called today to tell me "they started doing 2026's so looks like we're on track for April 27th"... and I'm like, uh, no.... So frustrating! First world problems, eh?!?

Dealer chatbot just verified I'll get an email or text on Monday the 7th to address the scheduling for the recall fix on the '25 HE. "The check is in the mail." 🤨

I am anxiously waiting but you cannot depend on those chatbots, especially if they do not realize Monday is the 6th. I did ping my dealer for an update as well and will advise if I hear anything different.

I’m actively keeping my eye on the ford recall page to see when my bronco will be released from prison. I just want to see the blue box that says “ schedule service”…I have a feeling I’ll know before my sales rep
