@BA OffRoad hopefully you'll package the new tailgate table similarly.

Luckily, my TrailDeck survived the demolition derby of our current supply chain logisticts system. (packaging 1.0)
We hear you loud and clear! We're glad the TrailDeck made it to you safely despite the rough transit. We’ve continued to reinforce our packaging standards for the new Tailgate Table to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, no matter what the supply chain throws at it. Your support means a lot to us!

Ooo, does this mean it will NOT interfere with the BA tailgate table (like the one pictured) when both is opened? The tail gate table is one of my first mods and I’m contemplating the slide out deck. But there’s no point if they can’t be used at the same time.
Also, not sure if this info is available anywhere but does the slide out deck level out the cargo surface when the backseats and put down?
Great questions!

1. Compatibility: The table in the photo is our unreleased new version specifically designed to clear the TrailDeck. Unfortunately, the current version you have will interfere with the drawer, so you would have to choose between them or wait for the new table launch.

2. Leveling: Yes, the TrailDeck sits almost perfectly flush with the rear seats when they are folded down, creating a level cargo surface.

Hope this helps!

I talked to you last year at the Flagstaff Overland Expo. I like what I saw. One question though, how much weight will the top support when it's pulled out?
The recommended safe load capacity is 265lbs, whether the deck is retracted or extended. We suggest staying within this limit for the best performance.

@BA OffRoad ... Is it possible to install this over the deck floor panel or must the floor panel be removed? Can it be modified to stay under the TrailDeck? Love this thing and want to pull the trigger on it now, but just not sure about the look of an unfinished deck floor with an open jack and storage bin underneath. Thx!
Technically, it can be modified to sit over the floor panel, but we don't recommend it because you would lose all access to your jack and storage area.

We’ve heard similar concerns from other owners who want a more 'finished' look without losing functionality. To solve this, we are planning to develop a dedicated solution to cover that area while still allowing easy access to the jack. If you're interested, stay tuned—we’ll share updates as soon as it’s ready!

2 things, got my shipping notification this morning, cant wait!.

secondly, for those who are looking to keep the floor - I havent looked at mine yet - could you cut out around the 2 sub floor openings and then you would have access to them and still have the floor everywhere else? Again, not sure what the material of the floor is, but that would be my first thought...

If the concern is only the "look", I just added a piece of felt with adhesive backing that can easily be removed if and when I need to access the scissor jack.

For me it's more for sound deadening not so much accessing the jack or looks...this is a good idea👍

I've thought about doing that too... I just have the floor sitting my garage. The only contact points are the feet. The floor is some kind of compressed foam? easy enough to cut. BUT... the access door panel to the jack would be unusable and probably have to be cut out (I would just keep my solution above). I'll take a closer look this weekend and take some measurements and post up my findings.

That's what I meant, just cut a hole out in the "middle" of the floor piece that lines up with the 2 cubbies under the floor and put it back in under the tray. I think it would just require some measuring and a drill/dremel or worst-case a saw to cut the hole. But just lining the whole trunk with adhesive backed felt would solve the issue.

Just got it and popped it in in like ten minutes. Simple install and most important, NO NEW RATTLES!!

Seems well built and the concern about not having the rear floor in place may not be as much of an issue as I originally thought.

As far as shipping...the box was beat to hell but not a scratch on the contents. Great packing guys!!!

We are planning to include a TPE mat under the TrailDeck in all future production batches to improve grip and protect the surface. What do you think of this addition?

Hello Bronco6G friends,

Let’s talk about the Broaddict TrailDeck Slide Out Tailgate Drawer.

As many of you know, when we first launched the 1.0 version, the response was incredible. But alongside the praise, we received some painful feedback: despite the heavy-duty metal construction, the "brutal" nature of long-distance shipping led to minor dents or deformations.

Honestly, this haunted us.

So, we made a tough decision: we stopped selling on our official site immediately. We chose to go "out of stock" rather than continue delivering products in packaging we weren't 100% proud of. We spent this "dark period" obsessing over one thing: The Packaging.

We conducted countless drop tests and vibration experiments, testing dozens of reinforced structures. We didn't stop until we were certain the TrailDeck could survive even the roughest journey to your doorstep.

For this Official Site Restock, we have fully upgraded to "Packaging 2.0":
  • Reinforced Double-Walled Cartons
  • Custom High-Density Foam Inserts
  • Heavy-Duty Edge & Corner Protectors

It costs us more, but for Broaddict, user experience is everything. We want your TrailDeck to arrive as a piece of art, not just a piece of metal.

Pre-Order Details The new batch is expected to arrive in early February. To thank you for your patience during this wait, we are officially opening Pre-Orders today:
  • Pre-Order Price: $719 (10% OFF)
  • Promo Code: TRAILDECK
  • Original Price: $799 (Save $80!)

At Broaddict, we aren't just selling metal; we are building a brand that listens. Thank you for helping us make TrailDeck better.

Pre-order is now live. First come, first served!

TrailDeck — Born from the community, loyal to the craft.

I have your rock rail steps, your raised cargo area shelve, and your tailgate fold out cargo shelve. I want to get Traildeck, but I don't want to re-buy my tailgate cargo shelve. The one shown in this photo looks like the one I have. Did you redesign it to make it compatible or do I have to buy another tailgate cargo shelve?

I will wait for a new product launch ... it only has to be 1" to 1.5" shorter to make it compatible. This will have very little impact on the use-ability of the product and make lots of loyal customers happy.
