I don’t know about this particular exhaust (have to say I’m intrigued by the low profile tip - but, I’m not in the market for a new exhaust at the moment). But, my Steeda changed tone significantly after a few hundred miles.
I will let you know in a few hundred miles..... I am one to see pros and cons with everything, nothing in this world is perfect... NO such thing.... So far (my opinion) The pros out weigh the cons...(for me). But... like you understand, that is out of the box. We will see in a few hundred miles.

OH... and yes.. for me it is not just the tip (which I really really like) but even more so... That huge ass can on the back is gone! This is small and tucks up really nice. I changed my hooks in back to soft shackle skids because of departure... I have already scraped them up... surprised that I did not crush the muffler. Must have missed by centimeters, and I have really impressive departure angles....

I crushed my oem. Replaced with borla high clearance single tip - and I hate it. Vibrates my house windows at startup. Too loud all the time. But it tucks up nicely.

Please understand I still need to cut off the second hanger. I assume that is for the 2.3??? I am glad I left it on until mounted though... made for a great hand hold for really easy adjustment of the tip angle.

I did change out my recovery loops for some soft shackle attachment points that work as skids for departure. I do not hit them often but I have a couple of times... I love those. they were from Monster hooks.

Looks good. I may have missed it in all my research of different axle back mufflers but do these get hotter than the stock can ? Any issue with excess heat on the heat shield above it ?

Well they are brand new. This one that I just installed is one of the very first batch. I really do not think they are going to get any hotter... I think they are probably more of a through design so the gasses are not spending a lot of time going through a bunch of different chambers. I would bet if anything they would run cooler but not significantly. It is still under the heat shield but because of size it actually has more clearance to the shield... so the shield should see less heat.

Makes sense. Thanks

Hey Bronco6G!

We know the "real" test of an exhaust happens from the driver's seat. Today, we’re moving the cameras inside for a dedicated in-cabin audio test to show you exactly what the Elite Series sounds like during your daily commute.

This video focuses on the acoustics of real-world driving:

Street & Coasting: You’ll hear that deep, authoritative growl when you’re on the throttle, but notice how the sound smoothly refines and quiets down the second you lift off to coast.

Highway Driving: We hit the freeway to show you the sustained 75 MPH cruise. Whether on flat ground or normal everyday inclines, the cabin remains drone-free. In fact, you'll hear that at 75 MPH, the wind and tire noise are more prominent than the exhaust note itself.

The goal with the Elite Series was to create a "factory-plus" environment—giving the Bronco a soul without making it fatiguing on long trips. It’s a sophisticated sound that respects your passengers while still letting you know the power is there when you want it.

Ford Bronco UNVEILING: The All-New MRT Elite Series | Bronco Exhaust, All Grown Up bronco everglades

Hey everyone,

We have a bit of a "Live" opportunity at the shop today! We currently have a Bronco Everglades (2.3L) in the bay getting the Elite Series Axle-Back treatment. We know many of you have been waiting for more 2.3L content, so for the next few hours, the floor is yours!

If you want specific sound clips (cold start, revs) or high-clearance fitment photos on the Everglades, drop a comment and we’ll grab them for you while it’s on the lift.

More than just Exhaust... This Everglades is actually in for a full transformation. Beyond the Elite Series, we are also handling a complete lighting package:

Front Light Bar installation.

Custom-engineered brackets for a rear-mounted light bar.

New Fog Light upgrades.

Looking for a Shop in Michigan? 🛠 If you have a Bronco "To-Do" list but aren't looking to tackle the installs in your driveway, we’ve got you covered. From custom fabrication and bracketry to lighting and performance exhaust, we do it all right here in Plymouth, MI.

Give us a call or stop by the shop! We’d love to talk about your ideas and help make your vision for your Bronco a reality.

2.3L owners—what sound clips do you want to hear while this Everglades is fired up?

— The MRT Team

Alright, @MRTperformance - checking to see what inventory looks like here. I'm considering going with the RockJock rear antirock swaybar and think I need a muffler that sits up a little tighter (folks, please correct me if I have that wrong).

Any more feedback on the Elite Axel Back Turn Down?

Can you speak to the antirock sway bar question?

I have to admit... I like this muffler! I have had it on for a little while now and well It actually is rather quiet just a little lower tone. WAY smaller than the 55 gallon drum that Ford put on there. It tucks up nice. This is with 40 inch mudders and I sure hear them more than the exhaust.
