I know there’s been a ton of threads on this for DIY solutions, but I was unable to fix it myself. I took it into my dealer, who had the car for 5 days and refused to even look at the car as they said it is normal operations. I had to argue with them to even get them to look at it before they finally admitted yes it only happens on the driver door but everything is working as expected and they flat out told me they would refuse to look at it or attempt to fix it. Does anyone have anything from Ford stating otherwise or suggestions to escalate this? This was from the service manager by the way.

Make sure the truck is completely off before unplugging and removing doors. Pretty sure it will always look for the door if it is removed when power is on

I have been rolling down windows and powering it off completely before removing any doors. It only happens on the driver.

I know this simple, but just in case, put your seatbelt on before you turn the bronco on

Asking to escalate to the Ford Corporate Service Rep seemed to do the trick. They finally looked at it and the grounding pins weren’t wired correctly.
