So, my Bronco left Michigan on CSX, but appears to have been switched to Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Company in Gibson, IN. Is that normal or is it still on a CSX train and just at a switchyard in Indiana?

Your dealer would have to provide it. Not sure if it is available to anyone else.

so my Bronco was built on 8 July and here it is 26 August and all the dealer will tell me is the vehicle is on hold. How can I find out when to expect my truck or why it’s on a hold status and not shipping???

Your dealer would have to look in a system called VINView. The public doesn't have access to the system.

It doesn't always say why it's on hold in VINView, but common reasons are for component shortages, a QA hold, or because your vehicle needs an accessory installed that's not installed on the main assembly line.

Thanks, RagnarKon. Is there no one we can contact for more info? The dealer is being no help, just makes us feel like we are annoying them by asking.

Sitting on hold for almost 2 months is getting stressful for us.
