I have both a cheapy with bungees and jtops. The cheapy flaps a lot above 35mph and has gaps between the mesh and the roll bar at the front and sides. It is super easy to put the top back up, by just folding up the corners which are held with a magnet. The jtops is much better on the highway and has no gaps, but is way more difficult to put the top back on. You have to unlatch it from the middle where the aux switches are, then kind of roll it back enough to allow the brackets to seat into their spots. The jtops has a tendency to roll back while bringing the top forward so it's actually a huge pain in the ass to put the top on and off quickly. Once you manage to get it latches in place, it kind of sags in the middle. Also, jtops instructions only existed for the hardtop version when I got mine so a lot of things were unclear.
This is Mike with JTops. I’m sorry to hear about your frustrations. Unfortunately we never designed the sun shade to be put on and off when needed. From ground up it was designed to be left on.
As far as saging it won’t sag if it’s properly stretched to the back and then the sides are put in place. Stretching it to the rear is really important for a tight stretched fit.
I’m always available to help if you still have issues.
Thanks for being a customer.

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate your engagement with the bronco community and customer service.

I am not sure that you are understood my comment. I didnt expect to easily remove and re-apply your product. I was referring to the difficulty of putting the OEM bronco soft top back up, with your product still in place. It is doable, but more difficult. That's all. I do love my jtops when the weather permits my to have my top down full time.

I've had mine for a year now and have adjusted my expectations on how I use it. Just passing along some knowledge to OP that I wish I had beforehand.

Thanks for the feedback. It’s really tough trying to build something that meets each special need.

No problem. Your product is fine. The best top you can get if you want to eliminate flapping, IMO. The main issue for me was that when I was shopping for mine there was no content on how it interfaced with the soft top. And the instructional videos addressed the hard top only, so it is difficult for customers to know what to expect if they have a soft top, until they've already bought it. At least that was the case back then.

I never understood how a mesh top can even cost upwards of $200. I vetoed that Shh and spent a whole $39 on Amazon for one. Works amazingly well. Easy on, zero flapping around, great sun protection from front to back.Very well made. My buddy got one too and keeps it on all year under the soft top.

I do have to remove 2 bolts to put the hard top back on with the mesh in place which is no big deal since I’m already putting the other bolts in anyway.

I understand what you are saying. I think I may try this one. Like you said, I didn't pull the plug yet because I can't understand the 200 plus for a mesh top.

And FYI, you can find those shades on Amazon for 20 dollars or less (I got one for $10 last year). Most of them are identical.

I ended up getting a Rough Country that was Used (like new) for $34 on Amazon. Not in the same league as JTops but it works.
