I think the installation is straight forward, in fact this video from Motoroso shows how to install a very "similar" product, and it looks easy. And when I say "similar", it looks identical.

i mean i did that yesterday but. just call your dealer see what they say. He said it was unknown if they had any in the warehouse because it was even hard for him to find inventory in their system. "maybe because it's too new or their system is having issues"

The video makes it look like a fairly easy install. I wonder if you could prop the tailgate up and install one hinge at a time? Maybe lessen the need for any major adjustments.
That is my thinking. I plan to support it from underneath, on a nice soft bed since it's on the tailgate panel edge. I'll have someone hold it so it doesn't fall, while I change out each hinge one at a time. I'll also mark the hinge locations prior to unbolting, since it seems the connections to the body are similar from stock to upgrade. This could avoid all the wiring disconnection the Ford instructions state is needed as well. Realistically, this should go on in less than an hour.

same boat man. I was about to pull trigger on Turn Offroad's or IAG's and saw this one. Going to run this (if I can get my hands on one) and see how it goes. Less than half the price so... worth a shot.
