Thanks for this. I ordered and picked up the skid plate a week ago (with the 15% off sale), but have yet to try to install it on my 23 Wildtrak. Was assuming ratchet straps would be needed.

I had mine done at the dealership, took them about 2.5 hours, and it's only the front doors. You can tell that the exterior trim along the bottom of the window on the fronts is new, but the rear doors is still original. I've not had a problem with my rear windows rattling.

Valid question, not sure, but in my case, I'm getting new parts. An hour well spent in this case IMO.

Perhaps an ignorant question, but how does a tune like this work in the different drive modes? I also have a 23 Wildtrak - so would this tune bump up normal mode, and sport? Does it affect eco mode?

Install was pretty easy. I was able to support the tailgate with a ratchet strap hung from a beam in my garage. Along with the spare tire wedged at the end of the tailgate and replacing one hinge at a time, the tailgate required zero realignment. My son was there to "hold" the tailgate still...

I noticed that on the exoskeleton, the middle "hole" of the hinge mounts are noted as accessory ready, and have incons for flags, cameras, or lights. Does anyone know of accessories that fit, such as a flag mount attached to the upper and lower locations?

That is my thinking. I plan to support it from underneath, on a nice soft bed since it's on the tailgate panel edge. I'll have someone hold it so it doesn't fall, while I change out each hinge one at a time. I'll also mark the hinge locations prior to unbolting, since it seems the connections...

I think the installation is straight forward, in fact this video from Motoroso shows how to install a very "similar" product, and it looks easy. And when I say "similar", it looks identical.
