I'm just here to watch this off-topic argument about Android vs Apple at this point.

(Also, Android FTW. If you think Apple is superior in any way, just means you're a sucker for their brand/advertising and have become complacent with their products, which is all they want anyway: you keep buying no matter how little they try to innovate or improve)

Meh. Android is terrible, I hate that OS and always will. I’ll pay Apple double the amount for the same product every few years if it means I never have to have an android phone again.

I’ll never forget my stellar Samsung S3 (S4?) I dunno, I HATED that phone like no other. Shattered in my pocket because I stomped my feet at a Broncos game, pulled it out of my pocket and was shocked. Only phone I’ve ever broke in my life, couldn’t believe it.

October 23, 1963. Here is what I found on Ford’s website..


In 1962, Ford began to extensively survey Jeep and International Harvester Scout owners to see what they liked and disliked about their vehicles. These findings were summarized in an internal memo on July 11, 1963 noting that both vehicles had “poor comfort, ride, noise and vibration qualities” and that the size and power of both were also unsatisfactory. These findings, indicating a gap in the market, went to the Product Planning Committee on October, 23, 1963 with the recommendation for “funds for further development of a Ford utility vehicle, code named Bronco.” A fascinating memo a week later had the subject line “1966 G.O.A.T” as it heading. The G.O.A.T. terminology was indicative of the desire to develop a Goes Over All Terrain vehicle while the document itself describes the drivability of the car.

It’s too bad too, I could have traded that crappy phone in if it was able to protect the screen. Had to throw it away.
