Hi all, as the title says I'm not a Bronco owner yet. I've got a 2012 Tundra with some 177K miles on it. Runs like a champ and short of a couple small bruises from where others have made it a target, it's still pretty good looking truck. But I've got the itch for something new and with the quality issues in the new Tundras, I find myself straying away from Toyota for the first time in a long time.

Been seeing the new Broncos of course for awhile now and have a friend with one. But a few weeks ago a Heritage Edition in the Robin's egg blue pulled into a parking spot I just happened to be walking by at the time........I was hooked by the looks.

Now finding a 2024 Heritage 4dr in that color seems more likely than finding a unicorn and hitting the lottery on the same day. So I was about to pull the trigger on a 24 Wildtrak that I test drove. I really enjoyed driving that Bronco even if the tire noise is a bit loud. But then the 2025 order guide came out and I was glad to see the Heritage as well as that blue color will be back. Now if we could just get the prices.

So that's where I stand now, waiting for more info on the 2025s to make a decision between the Heritage and possibly a 2024 WT (provided they last).

I can't speak for others, but I have a 2024 BB that I ordered last year that came in February 3rd of this year, and I love driving it more than the '05 GT Mustang I bought new (5th and best generation for Mustangs). I strongly recommend you buy a manual and drive it with the doors off every chance you get.

Going to be honest, it's not going to be as reliable as a Toyota, but it's going to be a hell of a lot more fun.

6000 miles and no issues so far, if it's like all but 2 of the Fords I've owned since I was 15 (I'm 49), you're in business. We'll either see you on the road, in the dirt, or in the case of some on here .... going up the side of Mount Everest.

I'll have to try taking mine off-road next time it's out of the shop. I've heard it can be fun if you don't break a tie rod

I just can't see buying a new Tundra now until they've established they've got their QC back to Toyota standards. I did take a test drive in a new Tacoma. It's turbo 4 cylinder will get up and go and it seems the quality on those is fine. But while quieter on the street, it was not as smooth a ride as the Bronco.

In Texas, we're either flooded or in a drought, nothing in between. I got the Bronco for those bad times based much upon what Bronco owners whose machines date back to the rebirth of the Bronco said. I just didn't expect it'd be as much fun as it is despite its capabilities. 6000 miles since February 3rd. It's physically and mentally impossible to be in a bad mood when driving a Bronco with the doors off on a nice day. It's never happened in nature.

Full disclosure ...mine is a 2dr, manual transmission... versatile as hell, easy to drive, and a great utility rig.
