I just don't know what to do at this point. Live with it, maybe? I've had Buddy in 2 or 3 times for the side cameras going black when in reverse. It's intermittent which I guess complicates the fix. Occasionally it's the left, then it might be the right, and a few times it's both. However, they have first updated the model and it still occurred. They replaced the coax between the cameras and the module and it still occurs. Just got it back yesterday after 3 weeks and a brand new module. It's occurred twice now in less than 24 hours. I asked the last time I dropped it off to reach out to Ford engineers to see if there is anything they've come across. But replacing the coax and module, one would think it should be completely fixed. What other components could possibly be involved? @flip @Ducati1098

One a side note, now I've been getting the red stop symbol on the GPS and don't get the speed limit sign on the speedo. I did a Sync reset yesterday but it didn't fix the issue, so I guess the GPS module must have gone out, I'll deal with that through the extended warranty I guess.....

With how crappy Ford cameras are, and the fact that it's pretty much the only thing in the system that hasn't been replaced, I would probably lean towards that.

Called this morning and the service manager is taking over the issue. Hopefully they can figure it out. Wife's '23 WT hasn't had any issues, so I feel it's fixable from a camera issue as well.

Did they mention or does the paper work say if there were any DTCs?

I’d like to see if I could assist with your side camera concerns. Can you please send over a message with your VIN and estimated mileage so I can start looking into this on my end?

This is from the report:

Interesting. It looks like they were pretty thorough in the pinpoint test.
The only weird part is when they got to M6, the pinpoint test says to replace the camera.
Instead they claim to have installed a known good camera and it still had an issue. I'd be curious to know where they found one. Maybe they just ordered one, realized it didn't fix it and then removed it? Just seems odd.
If they did in fact try a known good camera and it still had the issue, that really doesn't leave anything else to look for.
At this point, if I were working on it, I would probably be contacting my FSE to get direction on how to proceed.

Just backed into work space and left out again. I'm thinking since I picked it up yesterday it's been the left camera. They said to have replaced the right camera. I'm wondering what would happen if they did left as well and whether that would fix it. Of course watch me go out later and the right be out as well....

Maybe just hold onto it for a few days and see how it works. If the Right side continues to work correctly, then I would bring it back and let them know what's happening still. I'm sure they will end up replacing the left side.

Well in again. Right camera going out. I was actually able to show the service rep this time, even though the tech was able to replicate it last time by wiggling the coax connection. I believe this is the 4th time. But the real kick in the nuts was when I got it back last time (Thursday) I noticed the tech had cut the washout interior in the foot well. WTF!!! I guess we'll see what the service director thinks of the cut out.

Hey Razor, did you ever get this fixed or a solution? We were having the same issue and already had the 360 module replaced.

Dealer is lost.

Nope. Having to take it back once I get some mods done. I feel they have five everything. New coax, new module, not sure about new cameras. But it's been in 4 times and going on a 5th. They thought they had it the last time because they could tell the connections were loose, but when replaced it still goes out.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.
