Understandable. But they still can’t correctly diagnose it until it’s happening. Replicate the concern and bring it back to them.
It’s so intermittent by time I get there it’s stopped again. Or they want an appointment days to weeks out…

We recently moved to Florida and took the Bronco to the dealership due to ongoing camera issues that the dealership in San Antonio, Texas, could not resolve. Besides replacing the 360 camera module, all four cameras intermittently disappear and reappear. When we pulled out of the driveway this morning, the front camera was not working. Then we ended up getting to the dealership, and the front camera worked fine

If they call me and say they can't identify the problem, I will advise them to keep the vehicle for 24 hours and suggest putting it in reverse to see what happens.

More updates to come.

I am waiting for the dealer to give me an update.

I got a phone call from the dealership. Everything looks like it's running correctly, so they had to open a line with Ford. One of the engineers told them to replace the front and right-side cameras, which will be here on Monday. But I'm glad my dealership is very precise. If this doesn't fix the issue, they're still going to drill into Ford for a fix.
