I just ordered a set of the Ford Performance Method wheels. What are my best choices for lug nuts?

Ok, I was thinking about the 0 offset and I think those need shorter lugs.

Method's lugs are $50 right now with a socket. That's what I was looking at, I assume those are the lower profile version but can't tell.

I am having the same issue. Which length?

I don't know, that's why I was going to watch this thread! lol @Snacktime mentioned it. The 0 offset I think are the ones that need shorter ones, not the +35, but again I could be wrong.

Amazon.
I ordered the $70 method lugs and the $16 Amazon lugs and they are identical.
Unfortunately you'll need two sets because of the spare. Edit: you can order a 32 piece set.

Do those lug nuts have the reduced tapered surface area that mates with the wheel? I've seen comparisons with the stock lug nuts and the tapered surface areas on some other lugs are less. That gives me some concern with my Ford wheels.

Yes, they are identical to what Method recommended. I bought the Method set but needed three more for the spare. So I went on Amazon and ordered a second set. (the ones I linked to) they are identical to the Method lugs. I am willing to bet they came out of the same factory.

@Silver-Bolt I got the Method set to go with a set of the Ford Performance Methods- not my fave. They have a smaller mating surface that the wheels, so less engagement (and a bright ring around the lugs). I bit the bullet and bought the Ford set in black. If you want the ones from Method, I'll give them to you if you pay the shipping.

That's my concern. I'm using Ford OEM Ranger wheels, and some of the aftermarket lug nuts have a smaller mating surface compared to my wheels and the OEM lug nuts. All things being equal, I'd like more of the full mating surface contacting between the wheel/lug.

Are the factory lugs for the Methods still the two pieces design?
