The W72221447-S900 is the bolts marked as HB4, M8 X 23MM. The first link is the bronco bolts marked as HB3 in the pic. and M8 X 30. I really don't think 7mm is going to make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things.

Just realized I somehow lost a bolt on my front bumper. Are the bolts I circled in yellow the HB3 and the ones circled in red the HB4? The one circled in red has a washer and the one circled in yellow does not have a washer with it.

Just to confirm before I place an order with you is that the HB3 (W721180-S450B) is the bolt below circled in red and is 30mm long and has a washer with it. The hole below circled in yellow that is missing the bolt is for the HB4 (W72221447-S900) and that is 23mm long with no washer.

Does anyone know of a way to get longer versions of HB1? 6 of these hold the bumper on, and 4 of them go through my winch mount. The mount + spacers + frame brackets adds about 0.75” of grip length needed.

I assume Ford would not have these since it’s not for a configuration they sell. But ideally I’d want the same pedigree (strength, finish, etc.) I believe they are M12-1.75 66mm, and I would need 80mm long. Bolt head indicates rating of 10.9

Thanks for the reminder! Hadn't bought from them in a couple years and didn't come to mind. They do have some promising stuff. I had found what "looked" right on Amazon, but I didn't trust any of it to be what it says for such a critically-loaded application. At least McMaster has drawings and specifications listed. Ordered! Now I'll just be without a bumper until Monday afternoon.

If you’re looking for the bolts that have Bronco stamped on them, this is what you’re looking for.

The s900 part number is similar, but they are a few mm shorter, have no washer, and don’t have Bronco stamped on them. I spent a lot of money ordering the wrong ones. Just trying to save others some hassle.

im also curious how many bolts you ended up needing? i ordered the ebay modular bumper last night and it looks like it comes with 14 bolts but not sure if that means 14 s450b bolts is enough to replace all in the bumper, did you not use any of the s900?

did you fill every spot with the washer bolts? looking at pics of the bumper there are a total of 35ish bolts all together, 13 look like the non washer s900 bolts. that would match your 22 count for washer ones, did you order factory s900 bolts for the other 13? or just use what was supplied from ebay?

Mine is an OEM Modular bumper. i will double check tomorrow and let you know how many are there altogether.
