Truck has gone to the dealership for routine maintenance. On two separate visits, I've mentioned the brake pedal makes unusual noises, but dealer says they can't hear anything (I think they need their hearing checked).

Does anyone else's brake pedal sound like this?

Link? Sounds like something is worn out already.

Yes, I had that same squeak and it was making me nuts. The dealer was able to fix it about 2 months ago, grease I think? No more squeaks since :fingerscrossed:

Good afternoon. I would like to take a closer look at your brake concerns on my end. To get started, could you please send over a message with your VIN and the name/location of the Ford dealer you have been working with?

Update: Tech tried to lube up the pedal and no help. New brake booster is now ordered up. Ford shows it on backorder with no release date.

You'd think the case opened by Ford would help expedite the parts, but no such luck.

I don’t have the squeak but have the airy squish sound when braking. Didn’t think it initially did that driving it home from the dealer on the first day but the second day until now it does. Is this normal? Can someone please advise if normal what this is? I have a 2024 Heritage Edition. Thx!! ✌🏼💙🐎

Same for me. Squishy sound since I’ve owned it (2,500 miles now). Will ask dealer as I bring it in for the first service shortly. Have you learned anything else about it yet?

My brother just bought a Wildtrak and has the squish sound. The squeak, however was not normal on my truck, and they are replacing the brake booster. Availability of parts to repair are currently TBD.

Mine does the whoosh sound too. Annoying. Haven’t asked about it though.

Just wrapped up my first oil change at the dealer. They said the “squish” is normal. No problem to fix.

I went 3000 miles. Planned to do it at 1000 but dealer said no… keep the factory oil in longer.

I do notice a better (tighter and stiffer drive now. More responsive and I like it). I asked about axel, transmission and transfer case too (to change fluids re break in period), and they said 30k miles for transmission and 45k for gear box.

The only bummer of the Bronco right now is I remove the roofs regularly (at least the drivers row). And it turns out some Broncos have misaligned connectors in the front right corner of the drivers side roof panel; so its sticky when I take off and when I replace. The dealer could not fix it and suggest I speak to Ford directly. The problem is, I get a warning on my 12” screen at startup that I need to close the roof. Even when it’s closed! I don’t want to live with that forever.

Thx! Full synthetic? Was debating if I should go early from reading posts . I’ll hold off . Hmm sorry about your roof issue but good to know there’s a warning indicator.
