You’re going to have to check those things yourself. No way they are doing it for you.

Sigh. How much of this do I do in the dealers lot?

I would check for rock chips, panel alignment, (overall fit and finish) window operation, oil level, test drive to 70 mph to check for wind noise and vibration. Rock chips need to be found now, because once you drive off they are yours. Also if it didn’t come with them, put front mudflaps on as soon as you can to prevent said rock chips. The complete OCD checklist can be done at home and take it back for any flaws you find.

There’s a good chance your tires will be overinflated. There’s no reason to run them higher than recommended and your ride may improve if you run them a few psi under the recommended. If you drop the inflation too much, the low tire light will come on.
Enjoy! Odds are your rig will be perfect!
