Like this? Except I really really want to take it out to play but not with the salt and brine they spread around here!

I’m with ya on that one. My Basesquatch 2.7 may not set in a garage but I’ll be damned if I take it out in that brine, it’s nasty stuff, I deal with it every day. Since Ford discontinued the Base option I need to make it last as long as I can. 😁

Pic was from a few weeks ago. Mother Nature has loosened her grip since then. Can’t wait for the weather to turn so I can drive it. 😆😆

Well the 2024 2 doors keep rolling. I got a build week estimate of 2/19 but I checked today and supposedly it’s “in production.” It shows updated 2/15. Is Ford actually getting ahead?
...
Going to "in production" on the Ford tracker just means that they are getting your parts in the right place in the queue, it doesn't necessarily mean that they have started assembling anything yet. Usually moves to that about a week before the blend date.

Thanks for the explanation. I was able to pull the window sticker off that URL some one provide. Thanks for that, worked like a charm!
What blend date did you get? Should be the top middle on the window sticker?

@BigFootie, here’s the proper method of dealing with the salt and brine!!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
Except all our mud puddles are frozen right now. I could do a bunch of 360’s but it wouldn’t wash the salt off! Fortunately for Jim, the only salt he needs to worry about is around the rim of his glass!

2 door manual HE, and I am afraid to say the feared roof rack, but not signature lights. I also last min threw and engine block heater in so hopefully they have them. Big price jump on those. Was I think originally 110$ and was 195$ when I added it latter.

Last digits on VIN for this 24 are : RLA16451

If anyone is tracking 24 numbers yet.

Also, I drove the 4 hours down to Granger back in the fall and they of coarse had no allocations and seemed to have been run through the mill with orders and cancelations and delays. I was rather discouraged.

I ended up real lucky by ordering from a small dealer I stumbled upon in northern WI, and happened also to stumble into the limited order time window that I only learned about latter 😬

Of topic but anyone get an aftermarket retro shirt ball? I got one for my GT350 when I had it.
I originally had a build date of 2/19 but was pushed back to 2/26. 2 door/2.7. RLA16426

So it would appear that’s the place in line number for the week or day?

I have the same question and when you scan the QRC it gives you a little more detail but does not explain it.

If I recall correctly it’s the number you are in the shift/batch.

I guess be happy that they are keeping in contact with you.. I haven't gotten any emails or calls. i happened to log in last week and saw that the status changed to "in production"

now i logged in today and my status has been changed to "built and awaiting shipment"

after 999 days lets see how long it takes to get to ohio
