Tear Tag Question

I have an Everglades ordered.

As I understand it from reading here, vehicles such as my order go to another building for accessory installation, such as the winch and roof rack.

My question is, if my tear tag populates does that mean
A) the vehicle is complete, or does it mean
B) it is released to go have the accessories installed?

It doesn’t mean either one. It just means some/all of the modules are online.

I believe the tear tag indicates the vehicle is complete and has passed all of the inspections.

I could be wrong though.

Arrived by rail to Spokane, WA 2/4

Truck transport to dealer complete: 2/8

I know on mine the modules populated and the tear tag but shipping got delayed cause they had to send it to the body company at the plant to apply accessories. I'm pretty sure it's tear tag, then accessories then shipping.

I guess mine is complete even though the tracker doesn’t say “built” yet.

Blend was 2/8/24
Modules populated 2/9/24 a.m.
Tear Tag 2/9/24 p.m.

The tracker won’t tell you that….only mods, tear tag, built, shipped.

My tear tag was 1/9, Built 1/11, Shipped 1/17.

The ford tracker is also not instantaneous….it might update with dates for you 2-3 days after the event.

Once it’s on the train though, is when the realtime tracking fun begins. You can call the number many times a day and get an update of where your rig is.

Tear tag was 1/29 and shipping was 2/2 for mine.

I don’t put a whole lot of faith into the method of transportation listed. I believe mine said “convoy” as well, and I’m on the West coast. It definitely went by rail most of the way, before it was delivered by a transport truck.

Ya my blend was 2/2, built on 2/5 number 3 in line and have been sitting at the gate every since watching other folks leave. Dealership system showed Ford had high hopes of getting it out of there by 2/11 and here between 2/21 and 2/27. At this point nothing is showing its left the factory yet.
