Anyone running 2 lights on the front bumper? KC, Baja, anything else? Complete kit w mounts and upfitter wiring? Like the look of round lights, feel like the beast needs something substantial. I do not want to block camera view though.

While I’m not in a Raptor, I am Lit up. In this case, BD LP9 Pros, Amber Combo Lens.

Build Thread

Go through my Build to see the progress and the light setup. Page 3 is install. Page 5 and 6 has loads of photos. Page 7 has a recent night drive to show the zone control.

Ive got nothing bad to say about these lights, and if they are in your budget/capability. Go for them. The lenses are polycarbonate, so rocks are not an issue; I run the covers to keep them clean and low profile for city driving (cops can be picky about lights where I am). That being said, the Rock Guards are plastic and I recently had one shatter due to an impact… so I guess it did its job?

We have completely different bumper setups, but I know there are BD LP mounts on the market that sit around the recovery point. This leaves them on the very outskirts of the front camera giving you almost full usability.

I know you're asking about 2 lights only, but the amount the camera is blocked with a light bar is pretty minimal. It'd be different if you were blocking it with a big, bulky winch.

If you need more light, and are ok with losing a little bit of the view, then some light bar options might be something to look at. I still find my front camera more than useable with my setup.

Not 2 like requested, but this kit is somewhat modular in the fact that you can choose 1-5 lights depending how you want to mount it. This is what we have.

Leaning towards BD LP6's but not sure how that would wire into the aux switches? Use 3 different switches? Backlight amber, low, and a high. Anyone have these lights mounted up?

I run with ARB Intensity. One flood, one spot. Plenty light without a lot of noise.

How did you wire those up? Did you use the overhead aux switches? Is that orange, red, or code orange color?

Just two? I don't understand. Only two? Like... 1 + 1? Doesn't seem like enough to me.
