Well, you do, since you like overheating and stressing them out.
I guess im just genuinely confused as to the difference between using spacers and getting a new wheel with an offset that is different than the factory one. In my head it makes sense that they are the same. And i could be 100% wrong. To me, offset is offset.

Because the centerline of the entire wheel is balanced and you don't introduce an extra mounting point into the system. The more wheel studs, the weaker the entire system gets.

I've seen these things destroy bearings. For an off-road only, low-speed vehicle, it may not matter. For a highway vehicle, it does.

If I’m correct the Sasquatch wheels are +30mm so a 1.5in spacer will really stick outside the flares. I thought a 1 inch spacer would be more appropriate. Too much spacing can also cause rubbing. There are a ton of examples of 37s and what works. Also the specific tire can make a difference.

Everything.

Bigger, heavier tires stuck out 1.5" from the original spacing? What could go right?
A Sasquatch wheel sticks out 1" from the base offset wheels and is bigger and heavier. Or maybe the Ford engineers (and bean counters) calculated the perfect offset range and sized the Bronco wheels accordingly?

Again, plenty of people actually wheeling on spacers and 00 offsets. Sure there is a point of diminishing performance and excessive wear, but double zero offset is not it.

Because the centerline of the entire wheel is balanced and you don't introduce an extra mounting point into the system. The more wheel studs, the weaker the entire system gets.

I guess the engineers designing the dually's didn't get the memo.

Bottom line is wheel spacers are safe if installed properly and are not the boogeyman that they are made out to be

I run Cooper Discoverer SST Pro 37's 12.5 on a Rhino Rapid 0 offset. Works perfectly.

I've had many people tell me they were able to run 37s without spacers and that's what I'm going to try first, but I did do the JKS kit. Some non-Sas flares with Sas offset wheels gives about the same stance as spacers and Sas flares.

did u do the jks kit urself or have someone do it for u? If so, how hard was it to do? Or how much did it run u for install?

Sorry for the ignorant question, but why are spacers damaging to the wheel bearings?

I have the same question. And apparently its better to run hub centric vs lug centric. Im struggling to understand as well lol
