Not sure. Will check.

I usually keep the selection to windshield and feet since I have frost on windshield in the morning
It would be informative if you could test out selecting "floor vent only" and check to see if most of the air still comes out of the A-pillar, or if you are able to have most / all of the air coming out of the floor Vents. I have not yet successfully found anyone whom could confirm the floor Vents working 100%.

Whomever is on the other side of this account: almost all of us on this thread experience this. This is a widespread issue. And as I've documented likely a software issue.

I sent in my details to Ford and will post how it goes.
@joeb Did you try your air again to confirm the A pillar issue?

Hi there. This floor vent concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? To send a private message, just click on our username and select "Start Conversation". I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.
Just stop already. Like you haven't seen this issue for a few years already. I took mine in last year and was told that everything is working as it was designed to. Total bs

I can say this was the first cold day I had my Bronco out in the cold.

Manual HVAC controls. Set to just floor vent and almost all the air comes out the A pillar. Have to select both floor and panel, and then manually close the panel vents to get heat to drivers side floor vent.

@joeb, did you try out the air yet to confirm the A pillar blowing?

Same here. My dealer said this is how it's supposed to work. Hilarious

Like some others my floor heat gets almost too hot (even at 75-76 it get burning hot) and I need to turn it down to 71 or less. I have a 23 Badlands.

I would hope 76 is too hot, what do you keep your house at?

My house stays at 68 year round 🤣 my dad said if you’re cold grab a hoodie. Same as my car, I don’t have digits but it barely ticks past the middle.

UPDATE: No Fix even after Ford PM and case logged. The only hope we have is for Ford to issue a recall or TSB if enough consumers complain about the defect. Dealer confirmed there is not a fix at this time.

Back to running face and floor with all face vents closed. It’s the ONLY way to make the floor air function like every other car since floor heat was invented and not blow like a hairdryer out of the A pillars.
