With all this heritage drama/mess, do have any idea how many 2 door HE are in the wild??

Also we have seen 2 door RR and AGM. Has anyone seen black, carbonized or cactus grey in the wild?? Talk about rare if they do exist.
We’ve captured delivered 2drs in every color except Yellowstone in the Post 1 photo album…

I'll preface this by saying I don't know, and the one person I do know who would normally know the answer has been in Vegas for SEMA.

My purely speculative answer:
  • If the order is already in-production, it will be completed as long as there is supplies to complete it. (Similar to the 2021 First Edition orders.)
  • Canceled orders that were previously scheduled and had VINs will receive price protection that covers the 2023 -> 2024 increases. (It will not, however, go back to 2021/2022.)
  • Unscheduled orders that were canceled get nothing.
This is all largely based on what Ford did in the past with Maverick. BUT, it could be completely wrong.
i called ford yesterday and they had no answers. they kept referring me to my dealer.. i called the dealer and they have no access and to add icing to the top order banks for 2 door bronco's are closed. it's very difficult right now to have anything positive to say about ford

Ah… yeah.

Just know there are people on this forum that work for Ford, a dealer, suppliers, etc that are willing to leak internal communications online before it is supposed to be public. We are effectively short-circuiting the communication system. So if it feels like we know more than the dealers and customer service reps do… that’s because we do know more. What has been leaked thus far was sent out yesterday afternoon, and there is a good chance many salespeople haven’t even read it yet themselves (especially if they were out on the sales floor helping customers).

What has been leaked thus far is all dealers should know. The communication with more information should be coming out within the next week or so, with the customer communication coming out shortly after that.

We’ll probably find out well before the customer communication goes out, because… well… it’ll probably get leaked on this forum. ;)
The problem with that is that Ford already cancelled the orders BEFORE communicating with the customers (dealer or buyer, take your pick who Ford thinks is their customer).

Ford's communication throughout the whole Bronco launch until now has been a case study on how not to handle corporate communications.

I still haven't heard anything from Ford or my dealer the reason why my Bronco has been sitting at MAP for 4 months with no ETA for shipment.

My dealer has no explanation for it. He's not happy about it either cause they cancelled his Explorer orders too. I found a 2dr Black Diamond I think my dad can live with. My dealer said pull the trigger on it because this is a clown show.

A Black Diamond is a good consolation, that's what I had on order well before the HE was announced because it was the closest to the original and probably still is.

Except they did away with the steelies, which was one of the sweet retro features. 😥

I was planning to order a two door HE next year, but now I'm not so sure that's going to be an option. Really, I'd be happy if I could just get the square flares on any two door w/sasquatch.
@AARDVARK122 has shown the possibilities for a regular 2dr…

I really don't know what the thought process is at Ford with their choices??? I got it that they were love/hate but does anyone like the '24 wheel? It's been optional all these years and I've only seen a few pics that anyone chose them! Now instead of just the steelies haters having to buy new wheels everyone will have to!

Anyrate, @TNcoupe hopefully should be grabbing a '23!

Waiting for someone to throw a set of these on ...

Remember these???
I do for sure. When people complain that white wheels will get too dirty, I know they aren’t very old! These were the rage on our trucks in the 70’s.

Just now looking through the ‘24 Build & Price I found it soooo depressing… I remember at the advent of my journey being absolutely elated at the prospect of owning a new Bronco for 28 grand… I would then price out my 4dr Base Sasquatch build at about 38 grand being disappointed about the Mandatory Automatic…. WTF Happened, Ford??? 😩
