What I do to eliminate that is I pop the door handle before I pull the door open. When I engage the handle the window drops and then I pull on the handle to open the door and that allows it to come down out of the rubber and avoids the window wobble. On the rare occasion my keys aren’t in the bronco, I hit the unlock button, as mentioned above, to avoid the wobble.
Pretty odd that unlocking with the fob lowers the windows but unlocking by touching the door handle doesn’t.I try to hit the unlock button on the fob before opening the door even if it's unlocked. This lowers the windows about a quarter inch an the glass won't rub on the seal.
The way the windows lower to close then go up makes me worry about the wear and tear on the window motor an track over time. I'm not known for keeping my vehicles a long time but I always think I'm going to
Using the key fob or not pulling open the door right away with your hand in the handle works best. It avoids the rubbing/wobble issue. I also usually keep my driver side window down all the way or partially and that solves the issue. What I do to eliminate that is I pop the door handle before I pull the door open. But then it would look as silly as a Jeep when the top is off . Reminds me of those convertible drivers that keep the windows up when the top is down, lol. The biggest thing I d of liked to have seen on the Bronco was a full window frame on the doors. MO that a rig that s going to see rough, twisting off road use will have much better long term window sealing ( wind noise reduction ) with a full frame window channel.
Oh well; it is what it is….
I used to laugh at that too, until I got my first convertible, my Bronco. With the full top off doing 70 mph and the windows up, you can have normal conversation, even with folks the back seat. But then it would look as silly as a Jeep when the top is off . I couldnt get this to happen unlocking with the FOBPretty odd that unlocking with the fob lowers the windows but unlocking by touching the door handle doesn’t.

In Arizona you almost have to - Its still 99 degrees here during the day and the hot wind sucks! But then it would look as silly as a Jeep when the top is off . Reminds me of those convertible drivers that keep the windows up when the top is down, lol.
Unlocking with the FOB does not lower the window unless the Bronco was built after July 23. Unlocking with the handle does too for the new ones. Supposedly working on an update for the rest of us.I couldnt get this to happen unlocking with the FOB
